A lesser-known but all the more beautiful peak located above Ľadové pleso at the end of Zlomisková dolina. It lies beneath Zlobivá, a dominant peak on the main ridge of the High Tatras, located near Gánok and Rumanov štít, close to Vysoká. When viewed from Ľadové pleso, it has a shape similar to the aforementioned Zlobivá. From the summit, there are breathtaking views of the surroundings – the main ridge of the High Tatras, the Končistá ridge, and below, Zlomisková dolina with Ľadové pleso.
What adds to the attractiveness of the hike is the passage through the unique and normally inaccessible Zlomisková dolina.
The hike begins at Popradské pleso. From the Tatranská magistrála (red-marked trail) near the lake, we turn into Zlomisková dolina, at the end of which lies Ľadové pleso. From the lake, we ascend into Železná kotlina, then continue to Strážne sedlo and finally to the summit of Kozia stráž.
This is a moderately difficult hike, intended for fit hikers in good physical condition with mountain experience, as most of the route is off marked trails.
